And you know this how? Actually other "major" airlines are having worse financial problems than UA right now (think Delta, NW)
I have been told that they will not be bailed out again and when you see the next quarter results you all may want to bail. If they lose money again, ( I know they made money last quarter) they will be moving closer to liquidation.
wow, this is a whopper, so just who told you they wont be "bailed out" because (as US Air can attest to) they realistically could file Ch11 again so it appears you have no clue as to what your talking about.
Second, The if they lose money again statement, all the while acknowledging the made money last quarter

, they move to liquidation? Wow, thats interesting, so if they lose money 1 quarter, which BTW I think they were projecting actual gains this quarter, they liquidate??
Between all the facts of flying today, and the possiblities of UAL going bankurpt forever I am having trouble justifying staying any longer and earning the 1 M miles. Even if I do stay what are my chances of been able to use the priviledges when they are on the last step as it is?
It sounds like you just really dont want to fly anymore period and want a good reason, so please dont.
