I have in the past used the mobile flight notification with no issues. I would get a text message to my mobile when the flight was 15 or more minutes delayed. It has come in handy this summer flying between Newark and Toronto! Damn thunderstorms!
Since mid-July, however, I have not gotten any notifications even though flights have been delayed and cancelled. Just to confirm it wasn't me, I did get the mobile flight notification to send me my confirmation last week, and that worked. But when the flight was delayed, no message.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I sent in an email to Air Canada, and they told me to call the technical call centre. Like I want to be calling the tech centre so they can debug they damn system!

I'll try it again tomorrow - if no messages (assuming delays), I guess I'll have to call in the call centre.
Apoligies if this has already been discussed, but search isn't working for me today.
