Seriously, they are 3 hours behind EDT (this time of year). My guess is they work 9-5 out there, so it would have been noonish before anyone got to the office this morning.

Is US the only major airline (except for Alaska and the Hawaiian carriers) to be HQed in the Pacific time zone?
