I'm not 100% sure what the rule is for code share flights, but I think you'd be OK if you just showed your boarding pass at the chauffeur desk. Probably worth contacting Emirates for confirmation.
You won't be able to access any lounge at DXB on your arrival. Emirates do not have an arrivals lounge.
