Basically, think about the airports that have heavy VIP traffic, and you are likely to find a secret lounge there where Premium Services can give dignitaries a little privacy before they walk onto their flights at the very last possible moment.
While you're obviously right, I think the OP was talking about lounges that any F or J pax can access. You're talking about the super secret VIP rooms. I think that you're right, and they're called PS Lounges. Maybe the OP's thread title isn't exactly right...
