I do feel that service on the DD line has deteriorated in the sense that the CSRs in India just don't seem to be able to do the things that the wonderful reps in Texas do. I've had a couple of delightful experiences with the Texas folk this year, including getting a hotel to waive a minimum stay requirement for me. The India reps, on the other hand, don't seem to have been trained as well and seem to be very limited in what they can do. They are generally pleasant but I often don't trust what they tell me (especially when they say they can't do something) and I have to call back.
