I do not know of CRC of late @ JFK (because thee is only one in terminal 3, next to gate 6), after 9/11 DL merged CRC&B/E lounges in terminal 2 (JFK) - They do check the Boarding Card which either says CRC member or has on the international itn. 1-11 (now probably 1-6?7) seat number...
