I think I will go for SWISS if available. VCE is hard to get out of with BA/AA as BA flights from VCE only go to LGW and the LAX flights leave from LHR, which sounds like a painful connection. It sounds like most people on this board feel that SWISS C is superior to the old American C. However, the gap may close with the new C product. Unfortunately, 777 won't see the new product till sometime 2007.

One more question, I heard SWISS releases award inventory 340 days prior vs 330 days on AA. Can I access inventory 340 days in advance through AAdvantage?
