I'm wanting to redeem some vouchers for cash. I assume the ticket counter at ATL is the same as a ticket office, yes? And I assume they would be able to either give me a check, credit to my credit card, or cash at this location for the said vouchers. Healthy assumptions or way out wishes?

Also, the vouchers were issued in euros. Will I get the dollar amount of the vouchers in euros or might I now get dollars since I'm in the U.S.? If need be, I can hold the vouchers till I'm back at FRA the next time.
