CO' international flights into EWR usually come into Terminal C. But occassionally, when they have no gate open, they may pull into Terminal B. No big deal, as after you clear customs/immigration, you just need to ride the free AirTrain from B to C, which just takes a minute or two. You still have to reclear security at C no matter what.

Having said that, it's rare they have to do that.
