I know this has been discussed here in the past, but several searches for various combinations of Lounge, Premium, Club, Other Club, and Caribbean Clubs did not reveal a complete list plus the search function is screwy today.

I don't think anyone ever made a complete list, and since many (at least in Latin America) seem to be operated by the local AA station, they don't fall under AA premium services.
As of last year, Guatemala City had one, and as of this summer Managua was giving passes to the airport-run VIP lounge.
