I have two certificates (My wife and I bought Privilege Pack each) and a $99 Chase certificate.

Redemption of the Chase certificate is a bit painful at the moment, given the blackout dates and restrictions (Q Class of service, etc.), so I'm trying to use my Privilege Pack Certificate.

I want to buy the regular ticket for my wife and fly as a companion. I went to CO.com, clicked Promotional Certificates and sentered my certificate number and pin. I then clicked "Redeem" and was redirected to reservations, where I filled the origin and destination & dates (The Offer Code was now this certificate). However, the results did not indicate the promotional certificate being offered at all - I was presented with non-stops (DFW - EWR) for around $300 each (before taxes)...

Calling CO Reservations to make a reservation apparently results in a ticketing charge...

How do I redeem the certificate?
