Here is a little trick, not really a trick but a worthwhile investment. I dont know what your schedule is but if you checkin online, which you should do even if you have bags you can show up an hour before hand, dont let the security guys scare you. They may say that you have to be there 3 hours before hand, but the CO agent politely came over and reminded me that CO still allows for 1 hour with bags and online checkin. As the security agents work for the airport they aren't aware of all of the individual airline policies. If you are in no hurry, show up early, pay the $25 dollors to get into the lounge and enjoy the free food, drinks, and internet, both wireless and wired. What makes TLV great is that their lounges operate all through the night so technically if you re flying an airline like LY (ugh) you can checkin hours before and hangout sleep there.
