I'll have a some hours to spend in SEA airport in September.

Which lounge should I go for - SAS Business Lounge or United's Red Carpet Club Lounge?

I seem to recall from previous flights that the SK lounge is extremely small?
(actually the whole airport is much smaller than I expected for a city like Seattle...)
