Kind of the same logic as the minimum connecting time at CDG being still at 45 minutes even though many of the DL/AF planes are now parked at very remote spots that usually entail a 10 minute bus ride from a/c to terminal before getting on another bus for another 5-10 minute ride to another terminal, and then another 10 minute ride out to the second a/c...
