My membership year ended mid July with me on just over 40,000 miles to renew Gold.

A few days later all the July transactions prior to year end date vanished from my on-line status screen, but the total remained at 40,000 plus the miles I'd accrued since 15th July.

Strange I thought, but perhaps they'll reset at month end.

Now well into August, my July mileage bonus has posted and mileage total still at 40 odd thousand.

Do you think I should tell someone?
