I was searching for flights over Christmas from SFO to LHR and came across this thread. Did a flight search on Expedia came up with:
SFO - FRA - DUB (LH)
DUB - LHR/bmi - SFO/UA
Total RT $477
How can I use this itin and fare to NOT stay in DUB but LHR instead? Can I skip the DUB - LHR segment and simply board plane at LHR for SFO?
Thanks OP for a good fine and welcome FTers suggestions.

Reading other threads re AA and some said that an AA winter fare to LHR from west coast was around $4??. I didn't find UA was anywhere near that competitive. Did I miss something?
