I know it sounds lame - but I do. But I did fly frontier to IND from DEN once b/c UA had an AB on that route - I won't make that mistake again - I'd rather connect!!
What happens if an Airbus is substituted into your schedule itinerary (not likely to happen on AA)?
I'll take another flight!!
