Pardon my ignorance of Japanese geography, but I notice that Kyoto does not have a named airport associated with it...at least not one I can find to book a flight to/from. So am I best to fly into Osaka via NRT (from NAmerica) or is there a better regional airport...and can I fly from NRT or must I go to Haneda? (I will take the train to or from Yokohama where I want to also spend a couple of days before heading on to SEAsia.)
