Just try a dummy booking on BA.com

Utterly random dates from LON-NCL gave me...

Adult £76 plus £43.60 in "taxes"
Infant £8 plus £21.00 in "taxes"

Not only is it 10%, but in their infinite generosity (presumably to make ticket pricing easier to understand and purely for the customer's benefit) BA even round the base fare up to the nearest pound!
