Just finished a stay at the Westin St. Francis and at the W San Francisco.

Westin St. Francis - got the room category I booked, on an SPG floor.

W San Francisco - asked for and received the upgrade to King from 2-bed, but it was a reward stay and the only room available during booking was the 2-bed room. Also got a room on the upper floors.
