Online award ticket cancellation - Does it work ??
Has anyone actually managed to cancel a BA Miles reservaton using the new online 'enhancement' ?
It tells me that it is calculating the refund and then the familiar :-
"Error
Unfortunately our systems are not responding, so we are unable to process your request at the moment. We apologise for this inconvenience and suggest you try again later."
Has it simply not yet been switched on, or is this just my booking ?
