I'm new to MileageRunning, but this seems like a good one to start on.

I live in Seattle, and am thinking of doing this roundtrip 3 times to become a Silver Medallion member (for $420 dollars).

Two questions. Do you think it's worth it?

More importantly, if I book a flight from seattle that gets into SYR at 11:27 am, and leaves (back to ATL) at 12:12 pm, am I setting myself up for disaster? What happens if I miss that flight?
