Before anyone comments, I did a search and did not find a recent thread with a similar theme!

For me the funniest incident was on a BA flight JFK-LHR. I was in an aisle seat in J and was getting a refill of red wine. While pouring the wine, the FA inadvertantly (I think!) poured some on my lap! She seemed flustered and upset and ran to the galley to grab a wet towel, and proceeded to start, er, dabbing my lap with the towel!!!

I looked at her and simply said - perhaps it would be more politically correct if I did that myself, although if it is protocol that you proceed, go right ahead

She hadn't even realized what she was doing!! We both had a laugh, as did many of my fellow C pax!

And, I got a new pair of pants out of it from BA! All in all a win-win situation! ^
