I may be unlucky, but as this other thread shows, apparently there are others even more unlucky than I am. I thought losing your seat was limited to economy, but apparently it is a problem in business too.

Perhaps, rather than a question of luck, it is evidence of a real lproblem (seen through the paying passenger's eyes, not the employees') with KL operations?
