I found these fares on ITA. I just checked back, TUN-KUL on QR prices 3446 TND ~ 2039 EUR, Fare Basis PRTTN3. Emirates (who start serving TUN as of end of october) prices TUN-KUL 3918 TND ~ 2318 EUR all-in.

Regarding ITA: Be sure to set sales city=TUN and uncheck "check availability" to get all existing fares ex TUN.
