Laser Airlines LER

Does anyone know if this airline still operates from CCS to PMV?

I found a web page but it is sooooo old.
The phone number does not work. But other Venezuela web sites show this airline as functional.

They have the only early morning flight which could connect me to my CO flight without a stay over in CCS.
