If the BA lounges are "ridiculously overcrowded" with EXPs then surely this means lots of them are flying BA as a result of the OW relationship which I would have thought is a good thing for BA. Given the meagre miles earned on BA flights would they continue to do so if lounge access, which IMO is an important elite perk (particularly if connecting from a TA flight), was taken away?
