Exactly my thinking ... Wouldn't it help to get AF print the ticket to paper, if it currently is an e-tkt? Then just change the dates by phone.
Another suggestion: Try to get at least one sector upgraded through Flying Blue (without pulling the miles, you have to ask them to take out the reticketing time-limit they normally set for awards that doesn't apply to upgrades). Then you call AF reservations and explain to them that Expedia said you have to go directly through AF on all future changes as they cannot work with O-Class at all. This worked for me on a date change I did through AF. (It created various double-bookings I had trouble with straightening out, but still).
