on the 70 minute (or so) flight from PRN - IST they serve a full meal in E. on the hand a buddy of mine flew PRN - IST - TLV a few month back. boarded the ist -tlv flight at 23:00 and took off at 08:00. no food or drink and they had moved back from the gate.
