I think Windhoek (WDH) qualiflies here. Approx 5 gates and, notwithstanding ticket changes, I've always been able to get from check in to the airport's one and only executive lounge in approx 10 minutes.
Come to think of it, Banjul (only a couple of gates) also does quite well in the basic check in to lounge time.
