What about the Republic of Transnistria? It's part of Moldova, but a rebelling province which has established an own political system, police, money etc... and as they are controlling border access I'm quite sure you will get a stamp. Capital is Tiraspol. Although they actually seem to act like one, Transnistria is not an internationally recognized country.
