Anybody know exactly when the new part of the hotel will be finished? Website says fourth quarter this year.

I stayed there earlier this year and was very annoyed with the noise from the building site. I want to wait till they have finished building before staying there again.

Also, any ideas on how many points it will cost to get a room in the new part?

I assume it will be very very nice.
