On the LAX-BOS noon nonstop 7/18, it took 30 minutes. I decided to ask why. So I found a supervisor who started by posing the idea that "maybe it didn't work" and was perturbed that I would question such an impertinent thing as why 200 people were held standing, holding their bags while bureaucracy fiddled. WHY IS NO ONE ELSE RAISING HELL ABOUT THIS. You like being held prisoner on a plane because they cut staff?
