There is a page on the ICH website that says:

As the first hotel guest recognition program, Priority Club Rewards Ambassador is offered to InterContinental® guests for a nominal fee, providing them with increased services and value added benefits. Priority Club Rewards Ambassador has about 120,000 loyal members worldwide.
So, I would go for 120,000 Ambassadors.
