I have had problems with the service at LAX. Once again, non-elites populate the elite line. I would like someone, like CO Insider, to look into this issue--if it is an issue for Continental. I don't know if there is a way to program the check-in kiosks so that they will only accept Elite members. [Or recruit FT volunteers to do it; I bet some would ]
