I bought tickets BOS-SNN last year. At some point in the fall, daily service was reduced to maybe 5 flights/week. I received a phone call about a week after the change was announced. They offered the EI non-stop or rebook on a different day. I actually asked to be routed through LHR, which was done with no problem. Calling today might be a waste of time - check your reservation online to see if it shows some type of notification that there has been a scheudle change. If it's not in the system, they won't be able to do much. But keep checking and as soon as you see the notification in your reservation, call and let them know what you would like to do.
