Yep, Finnair has the same type of booking engine. But in my opinion their layout is nicer and more clear for the eye. Unfortunately the AY site contains a few errors as well, especially when clicking back.
Anyway, the new SK engine is a step forward, but:
- why can't they allow the users to enter three letter airport code rather than a dropdown menu?
- why can't they show the booking class?
- why can't they give access to the full set of rules?
- why can't you select SK, *A or all carriers?
But again, it IS a step forward. When do you think we will see this on other markets as well?
I agree with the airport code suggestion, but SAS wants it like that to avoid errors from the not so regular travelers
I want to see the booking class aswell! But SAS feels they obly need to show amount of EB points earned. I will take this up with them for sure (I don't think they have thought about other FFP members at all...)
They have never been so keen on showing all rules, don't know why
The last point you can on WFs site, so I'm sure they will fix that
