i read that a Buiness Flex Rate ticket is fully refundable. i have never canceled a flight so i want to double check before booking :

Does it mean that i can now book a ticket for end of october and then if not needed can cancel the flight let's say beginning of october and will get back the amount paid (except taxes) ??
