I am booked into Hilton Sorrrento palace next week wife plus 2 young children on the exec floor. The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport for 120 Euros. They stated they usually send a van at 190 euros for 2 adults + 2 children due to the extra luggage. I was hoping for advice on 2 questions.

1. As we are only taking 1 large case and 2 small childrens cases which really is the eqivelent of 2 large cases total, will a Mercedes taxi be big enough? 1 of the small bags can easily go on my lap.

2. My youngest is nearly 3. Will I have to take a booster seat for this journey? I was wondering if the law requires this, and whether the taxi driver would refuse to take us if we did not bring one.

On the way back we will be taking the ferry so should not be a problem.
