The RTP NT Exec Rooms are being renovated at this very moment. Most of the NT Standard Rooms are almost complete with their renovation.
Most of Stamford rooms were renovated 3 years ago, with some on-going at the moment. The non-rev ones are really quite dated.
You can use the Amrita Spa facility and gym regardless which tower you stay, I believe. South Tower Exec Rms have their own small gym, but NOT North Tower Exec rooms.
PS: None of these 2 hotels should actually be considered 'LUXURY' properties.
