The only way I can think of would be to look at the aa.com record and see the Booking Code column. Then go onto ExpertFlyer.com and look at a similar code and see what the restrictions there currently are.

The trouble with this mode (in addition to EF being a membership site) is that the exact fare basis you got when you booked the ticket (eg HLOWIND) may have a different T&C than a similar fare bases (eg HLRIND) tho both are 'H' Booking Code. AND the lower priced basis's may not be available when you look at an upcoming soon flight.

Think this is the case where a call to AA is warranted to learn the details. And besides, I can not always understand the T&C details .. in all cases!
