"Farmacity"/"Pharmacity", boy do I know it.
They have a location at the airport, IIRC on the left side right after clearing customs over by where a lot of the car touts try to pick up passengers. I don't recall them ever being a good place for getting CTI prepaid SIMs although at some point they were going to be ok for recharging the prepaid SIMs. I don't know if that is still the case or not.
If you can't get a prepaid SIM card there by chance, you can rent a cell phone at the airport even if it probably won't be as good a value as getting ahold of your own SIM card via somewhere downtown.
