Just an update...

I am looking into doing this routing:

TUL-GRU-ACC-FCO-SIN-KIX-SYD-TUL

It will be in J, so I am interested in any comments and suggestions on routings/carriers. Here are my thoughts:

TUL-GRU: I thought DL was the obvious choice, but CO/NW will be in ST by then, so I guess I have 2 options in DL/CO, any suggestions, BF v. BE?
GRU-ACC: AZ, only option, at least with single connection through MXP and a short stop on the way to ACC
ACC-FCO: AZ
FCO-SIN: AF
SIN-KIX: KE or NW?
KIX-SYD: KE or NW?
SYD-TUL: I was thinking NW to NRT, then DL 56, just to try out the 777 over the pond, although I would like a 744.


I would love to check on availability, but when calling the desk, I only get a busy signal.


Also, to answer the q's about the price of the trip I got the 2 top tier prices for J & Y:

39,000 miles: Y-4,770, J-8,599
34,000 miles: Y-4,060, J-7,320

All before taxes/fees, and interestingly enough, the economy trip is booked in H CoS, and J is in D. These are originating in the US of course...
