AFAIK it is impossible to choose seats online with KLM. The only way to choose award seats is to call the FB helpdesk and ask them. Normal KLM reservations seems to have been instructed not to help with award bookings.

Just noticed you booked using NWA miles which changes my assumptions... Did you try calling the NWA WorldPerks helpdesk to assign seats?
