A case of the glass being half full or half empty. To me, I see the the bonus KF miles (AMEX KF Gold Credit Card) being credited at most a year later as a plus point. Remember the KF miles have a shelf life of only 3 years, the late crediting of the bonus KF bonus miles could in a way "stretch" the validity of your KF miles from the time of your retail expenditure charged onto this credit card, to the time of the miles expiry.
Then again it depends on your profile for KF miles redemption. If you are the kind where you redeem your miles within 1 year of earning it, then this "stretching" strategy might not suit you. But for those who have loads of miles but don't have the chance to redeem, the "late" crediting of the bonus KF miles favours them more.
