I called DL about my expiring PM status/CRC membership as well. Have been PM continuously since 1998, but now DL says they can't find records about when I first became a PM so they can extend my membership?! They claim the only way they'll change their mind is if I send them a vintage 1998 PM card, which of course I don't have. So, if anyone may be in this same boat in the future, it may pay to save your first PM card... just in case.
