I just had a highly impacted wisdom tooth removed by an oral surgeon at BIDC (Bangkok International Dental Center) http://www.bangkokdentalcenter.com. They have a large clinic and prices listed on their website. My difficult extraction was $87 which was done by an outside specialist. I would suggest trying them.
