With such a username, I can see how anything posted would incite, yet I'm afraid the above response was off-base.

I know someone who owns a very large, very profitable company that allows the same procedure that is noted above. Its the employee's call - take the first class ticket or fly economy and get the difference. My friend says that, like our blond-haired, blue-eyed buddy above, most employees choose to take the cash.
