US is a customer of my employer. I am in the process of proposing automated call routing to US that will guarantee that the caller gets to the right skilled CSR: SHARES or Sabre. We are documenting US' current call routing and I have everything but CP and Gold as I am currently Silver on US.
If you are interested in helping fix the current routing, could you please PM me with the current Gold and CP Ph# and in the case of CPs, I'll need one CP # to get through "Alan" the US East IVR. And
no I am not trying to get around the system by using
your CP #!

And perhaps I am jumping to conclusions with CPs, but I thought I have seen posts here where the CP call has routed to Mexico or Tempe and the CSR couldn't help you. If everything is going to Winston Salem direct to a Sabre equipped CSR, then nevermind, I only need the Gold DM#.
I could get this info direct from US, but that will take a few days which sets the fix back out further. I also want to go into them fully prepared without requiring their initial input.
